Grandma G’s Gravy

My sister, Ashley, and I went to my godmother’s house this afternoon to learn the secret family recipe. Diana taught us how to cook my grandma Giannini’s famous recipe for gravy and manicotti. We also learned that Ashley is better at drinking wine than making the shells for the manicotti. 😉  We cooked all afternoon and then had the Giannini family over for dinner in the evening. We all had a great time catching up, eating amazing food and drinking wine.
